Summary of Personal Activities:
Dr Lucyszyn's research interests include many areas of applied physics (e.g. electromagnetics,
photonics, materials, semiconductor devices) and microwave engineering (e.g. component characterisation, synthesis/analysis, circuit design, fabrication and metrology); Radio frequency integrated circuit (RFIC) and monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) technology;
and most recently RF microelectromechanical systems (RF MEMS).
